Nestled within a historic landmark building at 125 Clark St, Sterling Food Hall has revitalized the beloved Revival Food Hall, bringing new life, new flavors, and fresh experiences to Chicago’s vibrant dining scene. As a meeting ground for Chicago’s thinkers, makers, and the local community, Sterling Food Hall is more than just a place to eat—it’s a celebration of the city’s rich legacy of innovation and industry. An Expert Food Hall Expansion
Behind this fresh transformation is STHRN Hospitality Co., a consulting and management company that formed in 2020, led by industry veterans George Banks, Elizabeth Feichter, and Kelly Campbell. Each brings unique expertise: Banks from the real estate consulting firm Revel, Feichter from the Atlanta Food and Wine Festival, and Campbell from Southern Culinary and Creative, which has contributed to experiences like Gather ‘round and the Epicurean Atlanta hotel. Together, they’ve led successful food halls in Atlanta, Cincinnati, and Los Angeles, and they’re no strangers to curating memorable food hall experiences.
“We saw an opportunity to create a business that didn’t exist,” says Banks, “running bars, restaurants, and cafes in food halls on behalf of building owners.” For the team at STHRN, stepping into the iconic Revival Food Hall was a natural fit, enthusiastically taking on the iconic asset that has been integral to the Loop community. As STHRN takes the reins, they’re dedicated to maintaining the space’s beloved qualities. In fact, Revival’s own team reached out to offer assistance in the transition, sharing their hopes that the new management honors the strong relationships built with local vendors and the community (Eater).

Our food hall is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and offers a cozy coffee bar that transitions into a cocktail lounge each evening. Swing by from 4-6 p.m. for daily happy hour, and join us for Trivia Tuesdays from 5-7 p.m.
For an easy yet elevated experience, our cafe bar opens daily, serving coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening, creating the ideal ambiance for every time of day.
